5. Responsibilities of Clients

Hold valid licenses required for your gaming operations. Use the platform only for lawful purposes. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations (e.g. gambling laws, AML, advertising).

For avoidance of doubt, clients remain solely responsible for AML/CTF compliance in relation to player transactions. PAM Technology provides technical tools only.

PAM Technology acts as Processor for player/affiliate data. Clients are the Controllers and must provide lawful instructions.

PAM Technology aims to provide continuous service but does not guarantee uninterrupted uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated.

PAM Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
